Iron Bodhisattva, both the name of the species and the tea, is the highest grade in oolong teas and ranks eighth in top-ten Chinese teas. The standard picking is one shoot with two or three young leaves. After roasting, leaves are wrapped in cotton cloth and rolled into small curls.
