Asiabell root is a common herb which is believed to be beneficial to our health, especially for spleen and lung. To treat weak body, boil 20 gram Asiabell root, 10 to 20 dried Chinese dates, and 3 gram coarse green tea on low fire for about 3 minutes. Serve while warm.
